The visual and performing arts programs at St. Stephen's & St. Agnes School support the belief that the arts are vital to the emotional, intellectual, and aesthetic development of all students, not only the artistically inclined. Participation in the Performing Arts program builds technique, confidence, critical-thinking skills, musicianship, and a sense of group cooperation and self-discipline.

The Visual Arts curriculum encourages creative and mental growth in a supportive studio art setting. A wide variety of media for two- and three-dimensional work is available, as well as computer applications. The Arts program aims to benefit the wide-ranging interests and needs of our student population through intimate experience in a variety of artistic media and performance opportunities.
